THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED
During the week before Thanksgiving, the Concordia community and residents of Montreal came together to combat food insecurity. Non-perishable food and hygiene products were collected at JMSB, IGA Toppetta Dorval, IGA Extra Beck, and Metro Anjou during that week amassing to a grand total of 936 lbs of donations. These were then split (based on individual shortage) between our four participating Food Banks in Montreal for maximum reach: Moisson Montreal, West Island Mission de L’Ouest de L’Ile, BADR Communautaire, and Hope Food Bank. We are so proud of our community for their continuing generosity and for exceeding our expectations!
