Here are a few organizations within Montreal that we support. We highly encourage our followers and students to get involved with these charities as an opportunity to give back to the community.

The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation’s mission is to engage the community in supporting its never-ending innovation in research, teaching, and care. Their vision suggests that the more persistence in improving care, the higher the chance to improve the life of a sick child.

Movember is the charity making the most impact in shifting the face of men’s health. It aims to address the high prostate and testicular cancer rates as well as mental health concerns in men through the funding of hundreds of projects. Movember is especially known to have men across the globe grow a mustache during November inspiring conversation, donations, and real change.

The Climate Reality Project is dedicated to spreading the truth about climate change, encouraging that we all, together, implement solutions. With the help of donations, the charity fights to, not only continuously educate the public, but also solve the climate change crisis through the implementation of a global grassroots network.

The Canadian Red Cross is the leading humanitarian organization determined to improve the lives of vulnerable people across Canada and the world. Money donated is used to support the entire organization as this allows flexibility for the funds raised to be used wherever the current need is greatest.

What people who work with us have to say.

Alessia Di Giorgio - Special Events Advisor at the Montreal Children's Hospital

"What a pleasure it has been to work with the CASA Cares team year after year! This team is consistently made up of dedicated young leaders whose professionalism and commitment to their community is inspiring. At the Children’s, our patients and their families are fortunate to have these students care so much for their well-being."

Guy Barbeau - Director, JMSB Student Life

"CASA Cares is without a doubt one of JMSB’s hardest working and most successful student committees.  Over the years they have engaged our students and our community in many meaningful ways.  Of course, they are most known for their charity events, including their wildly popular annual Fashion Show.

I have worked personally with CASA Cares on a number of events and it has always been a successful and rewarding experience.  If you are looking for a way to engage, have fun, and give back to the community, look no further than CASA Cares.  You’ll be glad you did!"

Celeste Wloka - President of Casa Cares 2019-2020

"Being part of CASA Cares has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my undergraduate degree. I had the opportunity to work and learn from a group of hard working and driven individuals that genuinely wanted to make a difference within their community. Being part of this team also allowed me to grow professionally by enhancing my communication and time management skills all while expanding my network.

I personally grew and learned so much, I don’t think I would be the person I am today without these last 3 years on CASA Cares!"
